“Séjour agréable”
The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but the personnel were poorly trained and often didn’t know how to respond.

There was no air‑conditioning on the top floor, and the room doors slam so hard that they keep you awake.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean; the building’s exterior looked a bit scruffy and unkept.

Eigentlich garnichts.
