The location is very calm and serene, not modern but still reasonably clean, and the hosts were friendly. However, the facilities felt a bit pricey, the place was just managed and lacked any show or modernity, so overall it was just okay.

The location was spot‑on for a retreat, close enough to the city that we never felt the need to leave, and the breakfast was wholesome and very good, offering a mix of English and South Indian dishes—cut fruit, eggs on demand, idlis, juice. Although food delivery was available, the well‑stocked kitchen meant every meal we had was homemade, fresh, nutritious, and even the evening snacks came with tea. We did miss the chance to explore the town, and the pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy a swim in that weather; otherwise, no major complaints, just everything needs maintenance.

The room was pleasant in a peaceful and pretty setting, well kept with garden and pool, and the homemade cuisine was delicious.
