I stayed at Language Exchange Hotel 3 from 15–16 September, had a pleasant stay: the room was quiet and clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient; I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Nothing good. Everything was bad: 1. They confirmed twice that we could check in between 2 and 3 am, but when we arrived with luggage they told us we couldn't until 2 pm. 2. I showed them the messages from the reservation site where they themselves confirmed, and they said they hadn't sent that. 3. They simply said nothing until 2 pm and went to sleep. No solution. 4. When we complained to the reservation site and contacted him, he offered to upgrade us, but wanted us to pay the difference. 5. We had to find another accommodation in the middle of the holiday bridge at 3 am. All bad with this place.
