The owner greeted me in Japanese, giving a very approachable vibe. The room was small but clean and comfortable, just right for a solo trip.

Very clean and efficient family room, exactly as described. The hosts were lovely. Excellent location, just steps from the main shopping strip and Victoria Jungfrau.

Location, cleanliness. The staff didn't have a fridge in the room, but a hotel employee brought a small fridge and a water heater. Thank you. The room was too small, even towels had nowhere to hang.
