Hotel Shubham Inn Thaltej Ahmedabad

“Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with a great location and clean rooms.”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated right next to the main road, making it convenient to access. Okha Railway Station and the metro station are also in the vicinity, approximately 1–2 km away. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well‑maintained. The exhaust ventilation in the washrooms could be improved, and the room size was a bit small, which made the space feel slightly cramped.

“Bad choice to book”

The only thing good was the location. The hygiene was lacking: the washroom was dirty, there were no basic toiletries, the bed sheet and pillows were unclean, and there was no mineral water in the room.

“Worst stay. I would not recommend this to anyone”

The only thing I liked was that the location was good. The experience at Hotel Shubham Inn, Thaltej was terrible: basic hygiene and service were unacceptable, there was no water at night for flushing, and despite repeated calls the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful—just handing over a bucket instead of fixing the issue. The toilets were also in bad condition, staff behaved rudely, and overall it was very unprofessional. Not recommended.
