It was okay for one night but not more. The noise, lack of comfort, and staff who were not very friendly made it unpleasant, and the lounge and café closed too early for late arrivals.

I asked for an invoice that the hotel refused to issue because the payment had already been processed. Even after involving customer service, there was no response from the hotel or anyone else. It was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. The service from both the hotel and the other party was inadequate.

Convenient location, cozy and spacious room, helpful staff. Free shuttle to the airport if booked in advance.

Very close to the metro and easy to reach from the airport. Comfortable room.

The proximity to the airport was great. We used the hotel shuttle for a flight the next day. The bed was comfortable, restaurants and shops were nearby, and it was right at the metro entrance. Nothing to complain about.
