Location was a big deal; my parents loved the view. The only issue was not knowing how to use the heater.

The place is close to shops and restaurants, and the photos matched the reality. I liked having an AC in the bedroom and a decent kitchen instead of just a kitchenette. The stairs creaked a bit, and the shower ran out of hot water quickly and took a while to warm up.

The location is perfect right in the heart of Raglan. We didn’t get the access info for our unit, but the owner reached out and sorted it out for us.
