The rates were cheap and Francois was very responsive, plus the restaurant let you order food on site. The Wi‑Fi code had to be activated every day, the AC in my room kept turning off after 24 hours and I had to go downstairs to reactivate it, there was no hot running water in the bathroom, and the TV remote was missing.

The price was great for East Legon and the area feels very safe, but the check‑in was awful; I had to wait a long time and the receptionist complained that I’d been given a low rate by the site, questioning why the property was listed there. On the second morning there was no water, so I couldn’t shower or bathe. They never asked for my ID or passport, forced me to pay cash because their POS was down, and wouldn’t refund the difference for a card payment—completely unreasonable.

The guy at the reception was kind. I liked that the restaurant is within the premises so I could just order food and drinks. The place was easy for uber drivers to find. 1. It was difficult using the shower head. It was broken and it didn't splash water properly. 2. They charged me some more money that what they had put on the platform.I believe I should have been made aware before hand. 3. The lady at reception felt rude and dismissive. She was quite short with me whenever I asked asked questions. Everyone else was okay
