The employees at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable
The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the great breakfast options available

It was clean and modern, yet the staff were unfriendly—no greeting, no help with the room number or location, nor any information about breakfast; she seemed more interested in the two guys who arrived and apparently knew them.

Great staff, great location, and the room was clean, but I noticed noise from other rooms—something I hadn't noticed on earlier stays—and when I went to breakfast at 8:30 I found only a spoonful of eggs, no Canadian bacon and no decaf coffee. 🙁
“Needs updating”
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and made an effort to be helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. However, my room didn't quite live up to my expectations - I had booked a king-sized bed, but it wasn't available, and the bed itself was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room was in dire need of an update, and it seemed like the entire hotel could benefit from a renovation.
The staff were really nice, we had a great stay and would definitely return, but the cleaning staff behaved very poorly toward my husband, which was not appreciated.
