The inn is just a 3-4 minute walk from Togari Onsen Ski Resort, and nearby you’ll find a local store with snacks and drinks, a souvenir shop, and several restaurants. There’s a separate entrance that leads directly to a storage room for skis and snowboards, plus a drying room for ski boots, jackets, and gloves—quite convenient. Breakfast runs from 07:30 to 08:30, it’s delicious but a bit pricey. The room is a bit small, only cold water comes from the tap, there’s no elevator, and the shuttle bus between Togari and Iiyama Station only runs until about 17:30; after that you have to book a taxi in advance to get to or from Togari-Nozawaonsen Station, which costs 1400yen.

The staff at the inn were very helpful. I couldn’t get a dinner reservation so I missed that, but breakfast was tasty. Being close to the slopes was also a plus.
