The location is perfect for beach and surf. The cleanliness is very poor, with a lot of dust on the window leaves, old towels, and the shower doesn’t get very hot. The windows are wooden and let in air, so the room was cold. Breakfast is fine; I would stay again only because of the location, which is perfect for surf.

The room size is very good, and the cleaning and staff are very polite. The only issue is the shower: when I set it to hot, the key would fall out all the time.

Localização “pé na areia”, área externa lindíssima. Quartos muito velhos, decoração duvidosa, chuveiros elétricos antigos, travesseiros velhos e com cheiro, instalações elétricas antigas (quando liga o chuveiro, cai uma fase da luz). No mais, pedi para adiantar o café da manhã num dos dias (geralmente servido de 8 às 10h) pois eu e colegas de outros 4 quartos (de um total de 7) estávamos num evento que começaria cedo e a resposta que obtive foi “mas a moça só consegue chegar às 7h, então não tem como”. Uma pousada que cobra diária de 800,00 deveria se preocupar um pouco mais com seus hóspedes

The lodge sits just across from Praia de Itaúna, close to a market, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy. Carol welcomed us warmly and was very attentive. Breakfast is varied and served in a pleasant space overlooking the sea. The outdoor area is well maintained and the pool is large and clean. On the downside, our room had a strong sewage smell, which was uncomfortable, and the bathroom shower box isn’t fully sealed, so water drips onto the floor. The lodge charges extra for beach umbrellas and chairs and has no bar service—nothing major, but good to know before booking. Overall, we liked the stay, especially the location, service, and facilities. Bring insect repellent if you’re going.

The location is great, right in front of the beach and restaurants. The only drawback is that breakfast starts late, at 8 am.
