The view was good and a cat greeted us at the entrance. Overall, the vibe felt unhelpful; there were many warning signs inside, and it seemed like we were constantly being watched and reprimanded. Hair was found on the room sheets, there were many insects so windows couldn't be opened, the large bath area was out of power for a long time, there was only one women's toilet on the floor, and the sink drain was clogged with dirty water.

The price‑performance was impressive, with cheap and spotless laundry facilities and a parking lot right in front of the building, plus the bedding that included the bed itself. The downside was that the bathtub didn’t have a continuous flow and the udon I tried was disappointingly chewy.

The night view was fantastical and very beautiful. I would have liked a washroom in the room.

The newly renovated restroom felt very clean and the room‑only rate was attractively low. However, the futon on the tatami mat was either too thin or lacked any bounce, leaving my body sore, the room wasn’t properly cleaned and I kept spotting lint, and when I went to the bath I had to carry the key attached to the room‑number key‑ring because there was no lock on the changing area.
