The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well kept. The food was phenomenal and fresh! The cats, the furniture, the bar stools were too high (burying them might help), and the tanning chairs needed replacement.

The big, relaxing terrace with bean bags, deck chairs, hammocks, and sofas is a real treat. The pool is pretty and large enough for a swim workout. The garden is lush and beautiful. The air‑conditioning is powerful yet quiet, and the Wi‑Fi is excellent everywhere. The room (Tembo) had a slightly musty, stale smell and the water pressure was rather low.

The beautiful, quiet location right on the sea, the tropical setting with palm trees, and the super friendly service were especially appealing. An ideal spot to unwind and enjoy Zanzibar.

A very beautiful property; the cottages with sea view were worth every cent. Climate control and a mosquito net were provided. All meals—breakfast, lunch, or dinner—were served on our private terrace, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire complex was very clean, with direct access to the sea (check the tides) and about a 10‑15 minute drive from the tourist spot Nungwi. The food was also very tasty! We highly recommend it and would book again anytime.
