Good location. Bad, very poor communication with the host. I paid and it took 4 h to get a response. I spent 4 h on a deserted street with luggage and everything, and he only apologized saying he hadn’t seen messages, calls or emails. When he finally replied he was condescending, as if he wasn’t obliged to give me the keys, he threatened to leave me stranded. I didn’t report it because I didn’t want to waste more time. Later, when I arrived I had to wait again for a cleaning staff member to change the sheets and vacuum. In total it took 5 h to get into the flat. The bathroom was dirty, the kitchen had no glasses. That’s personal, but a dining area without a sofa and a TV in an apartment of that type in 2025 feels cheap, and there’s no Wi‑Fi. The photos look nice but it’s only good for sleeping

My newlywed and I went on a honeymoon to the beach and we never even entered the house because he wouldn’t let us in, thinking it was an illegal occupation. The location is awful, hard to find. We were called squatters. He didn’t let us in and told us to leave, so we left. I cancelled, but he hasn’t refunded the money to my account. They’re not trustworthy, I don’t recommend this place under any circumstances. He didn’t accept my cancellation

We rented a ground‑floor apartment in Vilassar de Mar for 990 + 22 € for 10 days and when we arrived we discovered it was in Cabrils, up in the mountains several km from the sea. We were cheated
