The check‑in was small and easy to manage, and the staff were willing to help. The 7‑11 was within walking distance, and a short tricycle ride took us to the bus terminals and the central plaza. The local room was definitely very small, and the food options within walking distance were limited; coffee shops were either closed or opened later in the morning.

Everything was great, from the room to the staff! It was especially good to have easy parking, and a short ride to the old section of Vigan! Nothing, all good.

“Friendly staff and near tourist spots.”

I like the location where the tourist spots are near, and also good hospitality by the staff. No elevator, but that’s okay; I was thinking of the elderly people who can’t go up. Other than that, all is as expected.

We arrived at the place on 26 March 2026. I was with my family, two seniors, 3 children (1 PWD). We arrived just in time for the check-in. We travelled from Cavite to Vigan just to learn that there was a blackout in the place, and their electricity supply is not enough to have an air conditioner in the room. We talked to them to refund the payments, and we will just transfer to the other hotel in the area. Actually, they understood our reasons and told us that we would be reimbursed, but the problem is that I have not received my reimbursement. It is very disappointing. I can't contact either. I hope someone can assist us on this matter immediately since it's been almost three months. Thank you

“All in all worth the stay”

The staff were friendly and the facilities were solid, nothing to complain about.
