Service was good, the hotel is close to Surat railway station and the textile market, the staff were friendly, and it was budget‑friendly overall. The room was very clean and the service excellent.

The room size was perfect. No hot water facilities, when I asked they gave me a bucket of hot water,we were 3 adults asking every time for a bucket of hot water was awkward

The toilet wasn’t clean, the jet wasn’t working, the bed was bad, the TV was broken, there was no Wi‑Fi, a cockroach was in the room, the AC was switched off from outside, and overall it wasn’t worth it—just a waste of money.
