“Great stay, very helpful staff. Super clean and great location”

The location was great, near Darling Harbour and the light rail, but because they were busy, sometimes our room wasn’t serviced as requested, likely because it was the last room on our floor.

Ì loved the accessible bathroom and the nice big spacious bedroom I was able to get my wheelchair right around the bed with no trouble at all. The television reception was very poor and our room was not clean̈ed every day as promised but apart from that our holiday was great o 1

The spot is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the room lacks a wardrobe or cupboard and the noise insulation is inadequate.

The hotel’s location is really good, and the staff were very friendly, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests. The breakfast line and the wait between “I’m hungry” and “breakfast is ready” were sometimes long, and while the breakfast wasn’t the best, it was acceptable. The cleaning could have been better overall; I prefer thorough cleaning, not just surface wiping, and the disposable dishes and leftover food under the bed from the previous guest should have been removed. The sink drain probably worked better a few years ago. The shower was fine but not great. It seems a regional event, likely the Sydney Marathon, drove up prices and crowds in the city, so I might be unfair in saying the hotel didn’t manage arrivals and breakfast well. Perhaps the hotel is cleaner when it’s not so busy. I’m used to other hotels offering a second roll of toilet paper in case the first runs out. Maybe I expected a more upscale hotel because I felt the price was higher.
