The rooms and on‑site staff were fine, but the email exchanges were rather disastrous and a bit cold. I had chosen this hotel so that my grandparents could stay there for my wedding, yet the hotel showed no sympathy to allow them to arrive after the restricted check‑in window (15‑18 h). They had to leave the day to settle in, and we wasted time with them on the most important day of our lives, so I’m disappointed by the hotel’s rigidity and lack of humanity and kindness on such a day.
