The location is excellent and the lapa to braai is nice.

From check‑in to check‑out everything ran smoothly; we planned to check‑in at 15:00 but requested early access and it was granted without any problem.

The bed was very comfy with nice linen and pillows, but the unit was a bit dark and the lighting could be improved. The bathroom windows faced the back unit’s patio and eating area, which felt a bit weird, and some staff members could not speak any English, making communication difficult.

The place is beautiful, self‑catering friendly, with an outdoor braai kitchen and dining area that offers a pool view and the calming sound of the flowing river. Some pillow cases were not clean, and I did not like the navy towels.
