The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, but the location was not ideal.

They offered complimentary cookies in the evening, but they didn’t take the garbage out before we entered the room; everything else was perfect.

Convenient location for our visit, but the breakfast area was basic.

Nothing was good; the rooms were so small that the walls were built around two beds, leaving hardly any space on either side. There was no cleaning service unless you asked, and we were never told about that rule, so we had to go out and come back in the evening with wet towels in the tub because the room was not clean. The breakfast was awful—day‑old bread for toast and everything else was bland. There are many hotel options in Kanata, and I would never stay at this one again.
