I prefer to sleep on the street next door – a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: the management trains staff to keep repeating that check‑out is at 11 am and that 11:01 will incur a new day’s charge, repeating this over the phone and sending WhatsApp messages at 8 am to reinforce it. Parking lets you enter but you can’t take the car out because they don’t guarantee a spot (yes, instead of controlling plates – the garage is closed – they prefer to force you to take an Uber, what sense does that make?). I sent all the FRNH data beforehand to speed up arrival: nothing was ready, I had to repeat everything. I think this place should have training and development to become a welcoming place – like a hotel should be. I won’t return, even for free.

I liked the reception from the staff, especially the cleaning lady who also works in the kitchen. The breakfast is very complete: milk, coffee, bread, cake, cheese bread, cereals, yogurt, mineral water, margarine, toast, creamy dulce de leche, and more. The cleaning is spectacular. Nearby the bus stop, there’s a convenience store/snack bar. The room was thin, had no shower soap, and the window had a lot of light from a transparent blindex‑type glass, making it hard to sleep. The parking only has eight spots. I had a very bad night because of the light and the hard mattress and pillow; I did a sleep study and had a lot of trouble sleeping.

The cleaning was good. The breakfast was very bad, not even cold items like cheese and ham.

I was close to the city center I was heading to, but the room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest.

The place is right in the middle of everything and the price felt fair for what you get. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so I’d say it’s a solid pick if you want convenience without breaking the bank.
