The rooms were spacious and nice, the staff were friendly, but since it was a B&B they were only present in the mornings. There are only a few restaurants within a 10‑15 minute walk. Self‑check‑in worked well, and the pool was a nice bonus. The property is in a residential area next to the local football field. The bed was hard and the room was noisy – the neighbor could hear you snore, or maybe he snored very loudly. Breakfast is vegetarian and sweet; if you want an egg you have to pay 3 euros for a cooked egg, which I find a bit odd for a B&B.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable here. The accommodation was decorated with incredible attention to detail – from the high ceilings and modern equipment to the décor, everything was beautifully arranged and felt very high‑quality. We especially liked the pool, which we often had to ourselves because of the low number of rooms/suites. Our room was very spacious and clean. We booked for five people and received two suites right next to each other, which was perfect for our group. The daily cleaning was very pleasant and quick, even while we were having breakfast. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the homemade Cornetti. They were sometimes still warm and truly delicious! We also want to highlight Francesca and the whole team. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and straightforward. Francesca was always reachable and immediately handled our concerns. Even for small issues, a solution was sought right away. She also gave many great personal tips for excursions and sights in the area. We liked that waste separation was observed and that the accommodation overall looked very well‑maintained and thoughtfully designed. We would book here again anytime and definitely recommend the place to friends and acquaintances. When we come back to Apulia, Casale Normanno will definitely be an option for us! ❤️ The information brochure could be clearer and more detailed in some places. Some information left us uncertain about what exactly was meant, or we understood it differently than intended. A few additional or clearer hints would help future guests orient themselves. Also, for breakfast items with extra costs – for example at Caffè Leccese – it would be nice if this was indicated at the time of ordering or if a small list of paid extras was placed on the breakfast table. For us personally, paying the extra fee was no problem; we just wanted to know beforehand which offers were included and which were not. A small coffee menu with the various coffee specialties offered would also be nice. That would make it easier to try the different options. This is just my personal impression – I am definitely not a coffee expert. 😄
From the start, Francesca and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was spotless and smelled fresh. Very comfortable. We visited many places, all very close. The pool and the poolside were also enjoyable. Breakfast was available both in the room and in the lounge. Every suggestion we got from Francesca was great. Thank you so much for everything. If I could, I would give 100 points.
