The staff were super pleasant.

Super central with plenty of restaurants and shops. However, there were no drinks in the minibar, common areas need better vacuuming, the bed was made without stretching the lower sheets properly, and the carpet at the hotel entrance urgently needs replacement.

The Union and connection to the plaza are great, being opposite a park is another location perk. The breakfast was lacking.
