“Deludente”

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the various informational materials about the area in the room were appreciated. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Even the towels were worn and had a strange odor. I understand the philosophy behind it, but it feels disorganized, and for the price paid (about 160€ per night) it seems the basics are missing. Additionally, the reception’s activities are audible from the ground‑floor room I was assigned to. The breakfast buffet is also limited in variety.

The accommodation is quietly located in a pleasant area. The separate bathroom/WC shared in the hallway has no luggage storage. The atmosphere in the accommodation feels intrusive; for example, eating apples in the room was not allowed because it could cause contamination.

The location is great, but I was warned about hidden fees. At check‑in, staff mentioned that classes on the property were free, with no prices on posters or any mention from the staff. When we asked another employee about the yoga class time that day, cost was still not disclosed. We joined the class, and during it no one told us we had to pay; the session actually costs 20 € each, even though it was a basic class. On check‑out, we requested to use the pool for two hours while we waited for a later flight, but were denied, even though we could have paid for the facilities. This was very disappointing after staying two nights.

“Comfortabel verblijf op een ideale locatie dicht bij het centrum en het treinstation.”

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good: not too extensive, but with tasty items and plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable, featuring a nice, spacious bathroom. The shared lounge was perfect for a game, and the garden offered plenty of spots to relax. The location was also ideal: you can walk straight to the city centre and to the train station, where trains go directly to Lisbon. A relaxed and convenient base for exploring the area.
