The room’s location and view were great, but the desserts felt too repetitive and lacked quality.

The food was good and the location excellent, yet the hotel—rated four stars—only had a single ridiculous water machine, and you had to watch how much water came out. It took 30 or 40 seconds to fill a small glass, and you had to keep pressing the button so it wouldn’t stop. That meant waiting in line just to drink water. An alternative was to buy a half‑liter bottle for 2 euros; if we were four, that would be 10 or 12 euros per meal. For 1 euro a bottle, I wouldn’t even bother approaching the water machine. I think little things like this lower the quality of the accommodation. I repeat, these are trivial matters, but for the guest on site they stop being trivial. Try filling four glasses in a row and see how the other customers who are waiting with a glass in hand look at you.
