The lamp, curtains, and box springs were dirty 😱😱😱, the TV didn’t work, but the location is good and could use more improvement.

The place is spot on—close to shopping, the beach, and the freeway, and it’s clean and quiet. I can’t think of any negatives.

The sheets were stained with blood, the ceiling looked like it had been sprayed with urine, the curtains were falling apart from being so old, and the bathroom had mold and needed a lot more cleaning and better furniture. The staff got annoyed when I mentioned the room’s condition and only said that if I cancelled I wouldn’t get a refund.

Nothing positive. The hotel cancelled my reservation at 4 pm on the day I was supposed to check in, even though we were already on our way.
