The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive from early in the morning, which is worth noting. Many thanks. On the downside, there were ants everywhere and no food was available; they entered through the windows and pipes. The place is very old and needs a renovation.

It’s close to San Sebastián’s centre. The interior room faced a courtyard with a ventilation pipe stuck to the window, had cheap furnishings and was generally outdated. It would have been fine for sleeping if I had paid half the price, but at the rate I paid I demand something better.

The spot was great, but the room was small and hot; the air conditioner blew directly at my face, which was really unpleasant. The bathroom door had a broken latch, and the cistern was faulty. For the price, it was just bad.

The staff were really helpful, but the room lacked proper ventilation, which was the only downside.

The location is quiet and the breakfast is good. The rooms are very functional and clean, but the windows only blocked the view, probably because they face the courtyard. Two nights were fine.
