1 double bed

The room was so dirty and smelly that I would never recommend this place to anyone.
“寝るだけと割り切るならあり”
The location was surprisingly cheap for the price; walking from Shinsetsudo station takes about 5–6 minutes. I managed to stay in a private room with a toilet for roughly 3,600 yen, and the TV, air conditioning, and hair dryer worked fine. A few 24‑hour cafeterias were around the station, so early‑morning or late‑night flights wouldn't be a problem. However, the staff were rather indifferent. I received a message saying “no‑check‑in, so we’ll send you the door password before arrival and let us know your check‑in time,” so I sent the requested details via WhatsApp, but they replied, “let us know when you arrive.” I tried to make the process smoother by telling them I’d be there in a few minutes, yet I got no reply; nobody was in the building when I got there, so I had to contact them again and they eventually came to hand me a key card. I was left wondering what the password was and whether it should have been sent beforehand. The cleanliness was also an issue: the walls had many rain‑leak stains, and the shared kitchen and vacuum were dirty and slimy, so I didn’t feel like using them. For the price it’s understandable, but cleanliness‑obsessed guests might find it tough. With better operations and cleaning, the good location could make this place great.
“What you pay is what you get”
The room was not as large as the picture suggested; the photo shows a much bigger room with a coffee table on the side, but ours was too narrow and small, basically just a narrow hallway.
“No sé hospeden en este lugar, arruinara su descanso.”
The walls are stained with damp, there's a mosquito infestation, the smell is awful, and the worst part is the bed—one side was sagging and the springs were coming out the other side, the worst room I've ever stayed in.
“Tragedia, nie wrócę tam”
The Wi‑Fi never connected. The staff tried to help but it didn’t work. The room was filthy, mold on the wall, very little window, stuffy, and the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos.
