I tried for an hour to get our reservation; they couldn't locate it even with email, confirmation number, and name, and ultimately refused us a room, leaving me very disappointed. I won't book again unless I receive a full refund.

The rooms are decent and the breakfast is fine, but the place feels dated, the pool water is cold, and the air conditioning doesn't work.

This is the worst hotel I've ever walked into; the building had no signage. The air conditioning failed, the pool, hot tub, and sauna were all closed, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and dishonest, and there were dead bugs on the floor in the dining area, forcing us to leave immediately for the safety of our children.
