The design is incredible and the setup beautiful. The kitchen facilities were fantastic for cooking, and the beds were the most comfortable on our trip in Japan. The atmosphere felt warm and cozy during our rainy days, and the BBQ was brilliant. It’s close to buses. It would be nice to have coffee and tea, towel racks or hooks, and an extra towel for the sauna and onsen.

The property is stunning. We were a family of 5 and had an amazing stay; the kids and adults really enjoyed it. The place was immaculately clean with great facilities. Going back would be a dream. The onsen was a real treat—totally exceptional.

The location is good, the sauna is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The onsen smelled, and the futons were too small for 2 people.

As soon as we entered the room, the hot spring caught everyone’s attention and we all shouted “Wow!” The single bed used a Simmons mattress, which felt great and let us sleep soundly. On the day of our stay, I was a bit dehydrated from the Unessan, but it helped me recover. The walls had a sand‑like Japanese texture, giving a wonderful wabi‑modern vibe. The indirect lighting and layout were tasteful, and the air conditioner was cleverly hidden. Though we couldn’t use the sauna, cold bath, and outdoor bath due to time constraints, the “togetherness flow” seemed fantastic, so I’d definitely try it next time.

The house is very clean and tidy, and it comes with everything we needed—a private onsen, a sauna, and a cold bath area. We liked this house a lot. The check‑in process was very involved: visitors had to upload passports on the website for pre‑check‑in, then make an online face‑to‑face call with hotel staff upon arrival and show each passport one by one. A long contract was sent to visitors that had to be read before pre‑check‑in. Finally, the staff was very unfriendly during the online face‑to‑face check‑in; I was late because I didn’t know about the online requirement, and the staff cut the line immediately after the online check‑in—very impolite.
