The area is historically interesting, the view is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is good. The bathroom ventilation could be better, towels were hard to dry, and the cabin felt damp.

Even though I’m not an experienced traveler, arriving was a breeze because the location is so central and public transport is plentiful; my friend and I, who stayed in separate rooms, were greeted by Margo, who made check‑in effortless, gave excellent local tips, and explained all the facilities in detail. My room was spotless, with fresh linens and towels, and the shared toilet and bathrooms were immaculate; although I didn’t go, my friend enjoyed the free comedy show for guests, which was great 😊. No issues, I loved the stay.

The hotel is close to Uber Arena and the view from the window is nice, with no complaints.

The location was great and the staff were warm and welcoming. My partner found a drunk, wasted man in the toilet, which put him off doing his own personal care.
