Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy.

The place felt fresh and very good, but the AC control was odd—it kept switching between cooling and heating when we set it to our desired temperature.

The rooms were clean and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. The elevator broke the morning after we arrived and stayed out of service for the entire stay. With medical issues and a knee replacement, I couldn’t use the stairs, so we missed all the free breakfasts. The beds were rock‑hard, and the toilet, shower, and sink kept backing up every time we used them. The staff were hard to locate, and we ended up checking out a night early because of all these problems.

The elevator was broken and the exterior doors weren’t shut, so the locks didn’t work. I didn’t feel as safe as I could have.
