The beach location was great and the resort had plenty of amenities to keep you busy, but the rooms were small, we only received one towel, and the bathroom didn’t offer much privacy.

The staff were super friendly, breakfast was good, the sunrise and ocean view were beautiful, the fire‑dancer show was really cool, the location was great and there were several restaurants on the property with daily specials, and they offered a variety of tours and activities; we had a great time and the value for money was high, and there were no negatives.

The staff are good, but the partners, like the cruise team, need to keep their promises, especially when cancellations happen. We paid for a sunset cruise that was cancelled due to weather, and a week later I still haven’t received a refund even though they said it would be processed within 24 hrs.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely but could use some paintwork upgrades. I was annoyed by the wait until 2 pm or 3 pm for room service. For two days we asked for a bedside lamp to read in bed, and only after a third request did we get one. There were no instructions for operating the TV, and the floor and hallway needed a serious vacuuming.
