The food was excellent and the location was great for us, just a short walk to the Mortgage Matchup Center. No negatives.

I was close to my event. The staff—a lady wearing no uniform, dressed in pink from head to toe—couldn’t locate my reservation with my confirmation number, ID, confirmation emails, and the membership app open to them, and she argued with me and tried to dismiss me. It took over 30 minutes for her to find my reservation. Instead of apologizing, she still tried to argue with me.

Beds were comfy, but the club level was pricey and lousy, with no drinks included and the hors d’oeuvres from 5‑7 only a few slices of cheese and awful spinach dip—never seen that in any other hotel I’ve stayed at.

The spot is smack in the middle, and the staff were helpful, with nothing to complain about.

The place is well situated, but the room felt worn out, needed a deeper clean, and the décor was stale.
