The pool was great, the room was good, and I liked the hotel’s location. But it was very expensive per day, the buffet in the restaurant was ridiculously pricey and not worth it at all, and the pool staff kept insisting on alcohol from the Bengalis.

The staff were exceptional—polite, courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful when I had to change my booking at the last minute. They communicated well, solved issues quickly, and were patient and diligent. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Rajshahi; the food and amenities are excellent, and the staff handle both locals and foreigners skillfully.

The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly, and the stay was wonderful; the only downside was that the pool was smaller than expected and the massage prices were high for Bangladesh. No other negatives.
