Nelu’s hospitality was excellent. The rooms are a bit spartan, but overall there’s nothing to complain about. Nothing else to add.

“Bra hotell för övernattning vid passage av Transalpina”

The view of the mountains is stunning, and the surroundings are beautiful. The spot sits at 1600 m altitude. The restaurant is good, and the breakfast is tasty and affordable. Parking is easy. There’s no extra fee for our dog. The room’s heating works. The only issue is that loose dogs wander around the hotel; they’re not aggressive toward people, but we had to be careful with our own dog.

The conditions were awful, with a strong cigarette smell that spread from the kitchen throughout the entire building; nothing matched the previous reviews, which must have come from friends of the owners—otherwise I can't understand how anyone would give a good rating. I do not recommend it. 😔😔
