The location was very good, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. The restaurant was bright and pleasant, and piano music played in the bar. The wellness area was tidy. The rooms were hard to find, with several buildings on different floors and confusing, illogical signage in the elevator and throughout the hotel. The reception was not particularly friendly. Rooms were plain and unadorned, for example no pictures. Parking was too expensive.

The variety of food is great, the meals are tasty and high quality, and the spa complex is convenient. The rooms are comfortable.

The hotel met our needs for a balcony room, and we were very pleased with the welcome gift of prosecco and spa towels. The culinary level was high, arguably the best food compared to other hotels in Mariánské Lázně. The heated pool is available all day. The staff favor Russian‑speaking guests, who make up about 80 %. They get immediate check‑in, no dress code for the restaurant, and can take huge bags of food from breakfast, ignoring basic hygiene before entering the pool. For other guests, the rules do not apply and the experience is very unpleasant.

I enjoyed the great breakfast, but I couldn't use the paid massage, so I asked a colleague to extend theirs (he had booked it beforehand). He was told that this wouldn't work and he couldn't replace me.
