When I arrived to check in, the front‑desk staff realized my reservation was for the next day and I was able to change it on the spot. I was charged twice, but the receptionist was very polite. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was very good, and the bathroom and room were roomy. However, there was only one elevator that goes down to the basement and it was slow. At 11:00 am the housekeeper opened my room door and asked if I wanted her to make the bed. The air‑conditioner vent was broken; only the hole where the air comes out was present, right over the bed. The daytime service was fine, but the night service was not.
