Room service was good, but the restaurant offered limited options.

The proximity to the temple was great, but the breakfast started too late; it should run from 0730 to 0930 hrs.

The reception area and ground‑floor seating with AC and a cooler were convenient for lunch and dinner, right next to my room. The TV channels didn’t work, and breakfast was very late, starting at 8:30 am.

This is one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in; the rooms were very spacious and all the requested facilities were provided immediately. Housekeeping was excellent, calling to check when we wanted a clean; the in‑house restaurant was good and they called daily before closing to see if we wanted to order. The location was excellent, close to the railway station and Jagannath temple, and breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again in Puri. All good.
