The location and the Winter Garden room are lovely; I would have liked a couple of bathrobes for use in the room and a complimentary coffee in the lobby. The restaurant hours could have been a bit longer; we couldn't dine there so I have no opinion. One night it rained, we asked for a couple of umbrellas, and they made us wait too long to get them.
