The bed was comfy and the room was spotless, and the free laundry service is a nice touch. However, no Wi‑Fi worked at all, and 4G was spotty, making navigation and booking a hassle. The staff barely spoke English, the iron in the laundry didn’t work, and the restaurant’s breakfast was almost entirely salty Asian dishes.

The food here is fantastic, with plenty of great options, and the staff keep the place impeccably clean and tidy. I enjoyed a superb meal, and they even let you know when the restaurant is busy or not, which is very considerate.

The staff were welcoming, but the showers were dirty, my sheets never got changed, the rooms were tiny, and there was no toiletries kit like elsewhere, so I was disappointed for the price.

The cleanliness and service of the hotel was exceptional. There were also robots to deliver food to your room if you ordered food online. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. the room was missing a few amenities that would have greatly enhanced customer experience. For instance there was no safebox or refrigerator
