The staff were very friendly, the bed was super comfy, the room stayed spotless, and there were plenty of bars and cafés right next door.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and everything worked fine, and the spot is great, right in the middle of Chinatown. On weekends the nightlife gets louder and the street music can be heard late, which is the downside of such a central location.

The location is excellent, the room was clean, the staff were helpful, and you can leave your luggage at the hotel after checkout without extra charge.

“Next time in KL we will be be back. We started our Kl trip here and came back at the end of our kL trip.”

The people at the hotel were very nice and helpful, the place was spotless and situated in a great spot in Chinatown, and I appreciate that it’s a relatively small hotel rather than a tall building, which you see a lot in KL. Everything is good.

“Well worth the premium for the extra comfort.”

The hotel feels fairly new, the rooms are spacious with nice fittings, the rooftop offers a view of 118, there are Schindler elevators, and the artwork and photos are nice, plus there’s a tea house. The kettle is thin‑walled and flimsy, the room has no fridge which is very inconvenient, I stayed 4 nights, the room was cleaned late daily after 3 pm and wasn’t cleaned on the third day, and there were no English movies or programs on TV.
