“Value for Money 0 manager of the front desk 0 the hotel service is bad”

I was disappointed by the cheap breakfast, the old rooms with outdated TVs, and the tiny suite that felt cramped; the staff were rude, refusing to help with luggage and insisting we sit where they wanted instead of asking our preference, and the reception workers were unhelpful except for the Italian and Croatian lady at the restaurant; the dinner was fine and the heated swimming pool was enjoyable, but at 500 euros a day it just wasn’t worth it.

“Nice hotel, walking distance of lake and good parking”

The hotel itself was stunning, and our room was clean, had a balcony with pool‑side views, and the indoor swimming pool was great; the chambermaids were lovely, but the restaurant left us feeling uncomfortable—our waiter was very rude, making us feel like a nuisance, which was a big let‑down for a 5‑star property.
