It’s peaceful and within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, but the school next door starts a loud morning prayer and national anthem at 8 am for 5 minutes.

I only stayed one night, which was fine, but the place looks very run down and needs investment to bring it up to spec.

The location is in a quiet fishing village near Pattaya centre, a peaceful spot with few leisure options or nice restaurants, but pleasant overall and relatively close to Bangkok. I recommend not staying many days here and instead going to Koh Samet, a very nice island very close by.
