Absolutely amazing experience! Waleed was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay extra special. His kindness and excellent service really stood out. The place is perfect for friends and families, and because of Waleed’s outstanding hospitality, I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone.
