Breakfast was great, good options and the quality was good. I found the hotel to be a little dark. No fault of their own, just the angle and orientation within the city. But the hotel and amenities are extremely well done

We had a fantastic stay at De' Ricci; the staff genuinely cared about us, always ready to help with a mix of professionalism and friendliness that felt very comforting. The room was cozy and charming, with well‑chosen amenities, toiletries, design, and furniture. I did notice a small ant problem: I left clothes on the floor next to the wall, and the next morning I found a tiny ant colony there, nibbling at my socks and creating little holes—an odd, slightly amusing sight but not ideal.

The location is great for younger travelers, the breakfast was good (the pecan croissant was divine), and the staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated. I could faintly hear my neighbor’s alarm at 6:45 am, the bathroom was a bit small, shower water pressure could improve, the dining room was small so conversations were audible, and the room felt dark with the curtains closed.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in a truly quiet corner of Regola, just off Via Giulia and a short walk to Trastevere. The reception team were professional and warm, especially Daniele, who made us feel at home with his big smile and energetic help booking restaurants. The room was beautifully styled, well sized, and the small balcony made it feel more like home than a hotel. Some places just host you for a few nights—this one made you feel like you already belonged.
