Cleaning was very good and the location was excellent. However, 1) phones never ring; when we asked why, we couldn’t open the single person. 2) Both elevators were shut during arrival hours, blocking chairs for guests; waiting for the elevator was annoying. 3) The outlets there were insufficient.

The bed is a delight; I've never slept on such a comfortable bed before, even though I've been to all‑inclusives. The location is fantastic, just a few meters from the train station, a tram stop, and within a reasonable walking distance of the city’s attractions. The buffet is good.
