The staff were fine, but the toilets were poorly cleaned, the room had a cigarette smell, the sink was clogged, and the shower hose was pierced.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful, yet the shower gel was barely replenished; the bottle was almost empty.

The place was clean, yet the hallway noise seeped into the room.

A staff member was very pleasant, the location was great and the room was comfortable, but the equipment was basic and the cleaning could be improved.

The price, location and terrace were good, yet the place could be cleaner, sometimes there was no hot water and it was a bit loud.
