We stayed as a family—my wife, son, daughter, and myself—and found the room comfortable. However, the bed felt a little small for all of us. A slightly larger bed would make the experience even better, and we would truly appreciate that improvement. dinner & breakfast was excellent

Please repair the door lock; it’s very difficult to open. Food was ok, not very good; need to separate halal from non‑halal food. The restaurant needs to be air‑conditioned; it’s very hot and sweating makes it hard to eat. No bottled water in the room, the cooler is outside the room, and you have to come out and fill it.

We deliberately chose not to go “All Inclusive” because we wanted to try local cuisine. That led us to meet many people outside the hotel, and we didn’t regret it. We never felt pressured. It was a very nice experience and the people were warm, answering questions and explaining the food—how it was picked, how it was cooked, and what ingredients were used! We enjoyed it. The hotel also offered a lot of local cuisine, but the buffet was a bit chaotic. The sun terrace and pool were all well maintained, and all staff were very courteous and helpful. The massages also helped us feel comfortable. The payment system with paper and slips could be simpler if you’re not marked as “All Inclusive.” Access to the pool is not easy for people with disabilities. If the pool is renovated this May, please provide a stair and rail to make it easier for everyone to enjoy the wonderful water.

The big pool, spacious and spotless rooms, and the friendly restaurant staff who love and look after kids are highlights. The beach is right in front, and the gym, cricket, and other sports facilities are available. It’s a great spot if you want to relax, read, swim, etc., and there are a few nice restaurants nearby—use Google to find the best ones. Meals were pricey compared to other hotels of similar or higher standard. The area offers little for sightseeing or other activities. Check‑in was slow, with more forms and signatures than at any other hotel. The pool staff wouldn’t move an umbrella to our bed because it would “make the other beds not look right,” but the next day they moved a load of sunbeds that looked worse.
