(1) As other reviewers have mentioned, the proprietress’s personality is wonderful. She cares a lot about guests, so I felt she is loved by people from many countries. She not only says sweet things but also tells guests what rules they should follow so that everyone can stay comfortable, which gives a sense of trust. (2) The facilities are not only well cleaned but also have a Japanese‑modern antique vibe that makes the whole space feel exciting. (3) Interaction with other guests was also present, and everyone I shared the common space with this time was lovely. (4) It is about a 6‑minute walk from the nearest station, Tsukiyama‑e Station, so the access is good. Around 6 pm the shops around Kawaguchiko start closing, so I think it’s better to have dinner at Fukie‑san or around Tsukiyama‑e Station where you can relax and enjoy good food. (5) Breakfast is simple, but the proprietress says it’s “exactly what I want to eat in the morning,” and it was very tasty.
